We got 3 quotes to have a custom closet done. Kwik Closet was right in the middle and we decided to go with them. We were disappointed with the service as they had to come to our house between 3-5 times to fix up mistakes. When they first installed, one drawer did not have the right bracket to close so it was a bit askew and one side closet covered the light switch which we did not agree to and did not like. When coming back they made some fixes but had to come back again to finish other things. At one point they made a small hole in the ceiling that was not patched up properly and we actually had to pay to have someone fix it. The closets came out nice but the service was not great.

- Company Response
Yes, it is true, and I have to apologize to Dominic and his wife. This job was done months ago, right when my installer of 9 years was leaving Kwik Kloset. I had a subcontractor do this job and my designs were not followed properly (trust me I would never cover a light switch with a shelving tower)!
I personally returned to the house twice to remedy the issues, which were caused by some difficulties with angled walls which the subcontractor apparently had not dealt with before, and were remedied to Dominic's satisfaction.
My drill dented the ceiling during the process and I gave it a first coat of plaster, and told Dominic to give it another coat when it had dried. Had I known he was going to pay someone to do this I never would have allowed it.
My apologies to you again Dominic - I can't agree with a 3 rating, but you're the customer!
