I was really pleased with the service provided by Rinat (project manager), Shilin (designer), and the landscaping crew. They put in a new interlocking driveway, front steps, side steps, and two raised garden beds. They also arranged for inground sprinklers. Rinat and Shilin were very professional and timely in their responses, always answering my questions and requests to my satisfaction. Rinat was on his way out of town one day when I contacted him with a question about the sprinkler system. He immediately got in touch with the sprinkler company and made sure it was taken care of that day. The landscaping crew were very polite and hardworking, showing up on time every day. They did a fantastic job.

Patrick, the sales manager, was professional and pleasant to deal with. He clearly cares about delivering excellent customer service as he checked in on the project periodically throughout the process. The painter, Ermal, and his team were also very professional and hard-working. I found Ermal's 'can-do' attitude very refreshing. He clearly took pride in the quality of his work. I would hire them again.

I have relied on Canaduct for more than 5 years, with good reason. They are reliable and offer top quality service...and they're honest! I believed the dryer vents In my home and an investment property that my husband and I own, required cleaning. Paul clearly showed us that that procedure was unnecessary. The ductwork in my home was a different story. It was overdue and so I decided to go ahead with it. He did a nice job, left the home clean and even blew out the garage floor. Canaduct is obviously dedicated to "keeping the customer satisfied" and I expect to see Paul return in another 3 or 4 years.

I hired Kris (and his associate, Pete) to paint an 800 sq. ft. rental property on which they did a superb job. But he went above and beyond what I hired him to do. He also voluntarily fixed the bathroom countertop, and tried to fix a broken light and oven handle door. He gave me useful advice on how to make the condo ready to put on the rental market, including paint colour advice. He clearly takes pride in his work and is highly professional. He responds quickly to phone calls and e-mails and he showed up on time for every meeting. I will definitely be hiring him for future projects in my own home.

Tom arrived about 1.5 hours after I called. I wasn't expecting such prompt service so I was pleasantly surprised. He immediately figured out the problem and was able to fix my broken door lock to my complete satisfaction. As an added bonus, he was warm and friendly which made the whole experience pleasant.
