Tom arrived about 1.5 hours after I called. I wasn't expecting such prompt service so I was pleasantly surprised. He immediately figured out the problem and was able to fix my broken door lock to my complete satisfaction. As an added bonus, he was warm and friendly which made the whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend Victory Locks.
