Annual maintenance is so easy and seamless with Watermart. They are such a pleasure to deal with- even when my response time must drive them nuts. Samir did the work and he was amazing!

I cannot speak highly enough of Reza and his team. From the moment I contacted him for a quote, he was engaged, communicative and helpful. It was this amazing service that made me select Home Best Solutions, and it continued from first contact, through the months until he could start the job (with COVID, my faucets and tiles were delayed 2 months), and right through the entire process. His team are professional and so pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves every day. But most of all, their work is outstanding. They even went so far as to fix shoddy work that had been done roughly and covered up with the previous vanity. Apart from delivering the highest standard of work, Reza also constantly checked in to make sure I was happy with the work and was so pleasant and accommodating when I made a few small changes on the fly. I have complete confidence and trust in Reza and his team. Their name says it all as they truly are your best solution for home reno.

Abbas was fabulous! His response time was outstanding and his service was so personal. I woudl definitely recommend him - the results are even better than I had asked for, as he anticipated the need to measure to the existing plumbing, while I had not even considered this. I forgot that I needed a whole for the tap and he asked about that, too. So huge really thinks about his work and it is a sign of a true professional that he does not just do what is asked but looks at the piece as a whole. He was also extremely accommodating of my availability and completed the project, at my house, after hours.

Excellent service. The roof looks lovely and Gitano's service was fabulous. They left the premises neat and clean and were also very accommodating with some non-standard requests I had. A few of my neighbours have recently had their roofs' done (much more cheaply) but the company carrying out the work just covered over the existing shingles. The difference is like night and day and very obvious whether looking up at the roof or down on it (out the top floor window). I am very happy with my new roof and feel comfortable that is secure and will last many years.

Fabulous service and follow up. I could not decide what I wanted and they were so accommodating and patient in providing revised quotes. the installation was done on time, when promised, quickly and neatly. My garage door opener was refitted and runs perfectly. The surround I ordered was installed the next day and it looks awesome.

Watermart installed my water softener a few years ago and I am SO happy with it. Additionally, their follow up service is always courteous and prompt. I have never had any issues with my system and am so glad I installed it. I also know I can count on Watermart to keep my system well maintained.

I have had a Watermart system for about 18 months and couldn't be happier. The system works beautifully and I love the difference I can taste as well as see - no more orange water stains! The team at Watermart are fabulous and provide such outstanding service, it is truly a pleasure dealing with them. I had my first filter change last week and was thrilled with the team's responsiveness to my questions, my booking and Dave's responsiveness. Diana did the service and, despite the horrid weather she had to travel in, she was still so cheerful and friendly from when she arrived to when she left. She did the change so efficiently, leaving everything perfectly clean. Such a pleasure to work with people with a good attitude and Diana epitomises that. I only have positive comments about the Watermart and highly recommend them.

Clarke Basement Systems were so fantastic with this job. They came out when they said they would, the were always friendly and helpful (both office and field staff) and did a fantastic job! They worked with my schedule and even waited 5 months until the weather was warm enough to do the work such that it would not disintegrate again due to overnight freezing. That's integrity! And they did not tell me my job was too small for them, which every single other contractor told me - including every single one I contacted from HomeStars. The service from Clarke basement Services was outstanding and ensures they will be my first point of contact the next time i need something done.

Susan must be the most patient and helpful person ever to have the dubious pleasure of getting my business! She answered multiple queries via email and sent me loads of information on request. She was fantastic and prompt in explaining the various options to me. When it turned out that the machine I eventually ordered was in fact the wrong one, she replaced it with no questions asked, even packing it in my car!
