We had gone to another hardwood store before going to Alliance Floor Source. As soon as met with Timea we found her to be very welcoming. She went through the different hardwood choices and explained the difference between them. She was very helpful, knew her product and was simply amazing. We walked out knowing which hardwood flooring we would choose and felt we were in good hands. Lehel came to our home to complete the measurements and also provided us various baseboards options. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work performed by Joseph, Bridget and Tom. They were very professional and completed the job seamlessly. They kept us informed as the job progressed and advised what the next step were. The work was high quality. We are very happy with the experience from start to finish. We love our floors. This was our first time having Maple Windows come and clean our windows. I was a bit concerned as we had replaced new windows and didn’t want them to be scratched. The guys did a fabulous job and was very careful. I was so impressed with not just the professionalism from when I called and spoke to Anna and the guys who came to do the job but as well how though everyone was. They have one of the best websites which provides you what to expect when they come to clean the ducts. I had a question and Paul answered my question immediately. Mark and James arrived on time and did an amazing job. They worked in our home as if it was theirs. They even said if we wanted to tag along to see what was being done and said at anytime we had a question just to ask. They even told us about our humidifier filter they noticed which needed replacing. We could see the difference once they finished the job. The air was very clean and easier to breathe. If there was a rating scale higher than 10, we would rate Smart Doors much higher. The service and advice we received from Mike Rapoport was superb. He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He tells you things up front so there are no surprises. He listens to what you have in mind and then provides his recommendation based in your vision. We received a call from Alia much sooner than expected advising us that the door was ready to install. Once we confirmed an installation date, everything proceeded accordingly. There were no cancellations or rescheduling which often occurs. Our door was installed by Mike (a different person) who was also very professional and he did an amazing job. There were never any problems. You can have a beautiful door but if it is not installed right it ruins the whole purpose. He did a amazing job on the siding as well. We can't thank Smart Doors enough for giving us our beautiful garage door. We refer to it as a piece of art. We have a lot of confidence referring Smart Doors to our friends and family. I contacted Nino for a quote to install a new sprinkler system in our front and back lawn. Nino was very professional and very knowledgeable. He provided us a written contract of the total cost along with how many zones and sprinklers we would need. He explained what was going to happen and he answered all of our questions. We knew we had to hire him. Nino and his crew arrived on time as scheduled and began the job right away. There were no surprises. It all went as planned. Our experience with Alon has now set the gold standard of customer service to compare and hope we receive when dealing with other vendors. When we first met with him, he sat with us and listened to what we had in mind. He took our backyard measurements and tried to imagine what we had in mind. He sketched the deck and gave us some pointers that we didn't think of. He took into consideration all the safety issues and the city by-laws. He didn't try to over sell things we didn't need. The next day we had a complete deck plan with all the details as to what would happen next. We also wanted lights installed on our deck as well as 2 gates on both sides of our house. Alon is such a pleasure to deal with, very professional, knowledgeable, perfectionist and very detailed. He knows his "stuff". What was planned and discussed is exactly what happened. We never received a call advising that we have a problem. Mike was our contractor who installed our beautiful deck, lights and gates. He too is very professional, a perfectionist and very hard working. He installed our lights perfectly. We know that we now have a deck that is going to last a very long time. He did a such remarkable job that it transformed our backyard making it look completely different and inviting. We can't wait to show our friends and family. We didn't have to worry about anything. We were looking for an entry door that was different and modern and we definitely found it. We find our new door so elegant and beautiful to look at. It is a piece of art that you can't stop staring at. It is very solid and safe and makes a statement. When we met with Vladimir, he went through all the different types of doors, materials, locks and how it we be manufactured. Very detailed information. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We knew then that we had found the perfect door and place. We knew in advance when the door was in production and approximately when the door would be installed. Igor was also amazing. As an installer, he was a perfectionist to every detail and very efficient. Andre was also amazing and made sure that everything was done perfectly. We would definitely be back when we replace our other doors and feel so confident referring them to our friends and family. We cannot say enough. Brian and Tara from Eureka Assembly and Installations arrived at our home to install our beautiful large mirror and two flat screen TVs. They were amazing and very helpful. They took the time to carefully read the unpacking instructions from the large crate used to ship our mirror and were very careful removing the mirror. They were both very professional, polite and went the extra mile to insure that everything was done right. We felt confident knowing we had hired the right people and were in good hands. This is the second time we have hired Mark and his assistant Paul from A McKenna Plumbing. They are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, prompt and very professional. We had 3 toilets (purchased from a supplier Mark had recommended), a kitchen faucet replaced and a new laundry faucet and sink installed and connected to the plumbing in this one visit. Mark also took care of the toilet disposal. Mark also readily diagnosed why we weren't receiving any hot water. He determined that our mixing valve connected to the hot water was the problem and we had him replace it as well. Thanks to Mark and Paul we now have the luxury of experiencing hot water again. Mark goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is done properly. He takes the time to explain everything at the beginning and at the end. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. It was just a pleasure to have them and could not believe how fast the work was done. We really appreciate a job well done. We will not hesitate to refer them to our friends and family and know that we will call Mark again in the near future. Thanks again Mark for everything.

We needed our ceiling repaired due to damage caused by the installation of some pot lights. We contacted Superior Ceiling Repair for a quotation and promptly received a reply advising us of the date(s) & time, cost and how long it would take to complete the job. Adam and his partner went through everything that needed to be repaired and noticed right away that the ceiling had water spots due to leakage that occurred previously. As new owners of the home we were not aware or noticed. As a result of his observation and recommendation, we will be looking into the matter to avoid any possible future damage. Adam is very detail oriented and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. Both were professional, personable, tidy, quick and completed a perfect job in no time. Vule and Bosko are very professional and polite. They were always on time. Vule always made sure that the work was done properly. He took the time to explain what needed to be done. There were never any surprises. You knew exactly what was going on. Vule advised us on the appropriate size of tile to install as our laundry room floor was not very flat and sloped in different areas. Vule did an amazing job levelling the tiles in the affected floor areas making the necessary adjustments to make it seamless. Glad we took his advice. The floor looks amazing. We highly recommend Vuletile and will definitely hire him for another job in the near future. We will definitely refer them to our friends and family with confidence.
