We replaced 3 doors in our home: front door; patio sliding door; attic door. The sales call and quoting process was good. However, our issues began on install day.
First issue: After patiently waiting for approximately 2 months for our doors, the week of the scheduled install we were informed that 1 of the 3 doors was not ready. We decided to proceed with the install of the 2 doors. The installation was a long day but complete same day.
Second issue: when the service men were leaving their truck scraped the retaining wall on our driveway, damaging 2 large pavers. It took approximately 2 more months after we followed up 3 or 4 times for them to send out to first respond and then come out and replace the 2 pavers. Interestingly after replacing 1, they asked me again should they replace the second damaged paver? Yes!!!
Third issue: while 2 of the 3 doors have been installed and operational for 3 months, 1 has an issue. The front door had some paint issues, with some chipping at the top on the front of the door, and on the inside of the door there were manufacturer paint defects. They sent a technician to repair it. This guy was amateur hour. He came with the incorrect "white" paint for the inside of the door. As a workaround, he said he would send us the right paint and WE should touch it up. Needless to say, we were displeased with this level of service.
Now they have offered to replace the door....to be determined how this turns out for us. Fingers crossed for us please.
