I purchased a mattress and when it was delivered I had them unload in the driveway and leave it(because delivery people do not care for your home) So myself and husband brought the mattress and box spring in the house inwrapped it and set it up as soon as we did that, I noticed a large dip in the mattress, I called them asap and they told me I had to call warranty service, I have been dealing with this for 10 days now sent them about 6 pictures showing the problem and now (today) they want more pictures because I did not give them one of the whole surface of the bed!! I spoke to 2 people since I sent the last picture 4 days ago and they never mentioned that at all?? I am still fighting for the replacement I will not give up BUT I doubt I will receive a replacement ;(
Update as of today March 17th Sleepcountry will not return my emails or calls, I will have to live with a defective mattress and I will never deal with them again!!
