I haven't received a bill yet, but this man showed up 20 minutes after I called and went to work IMMEDIATELY cleaning the sewage out of the basement where I live. He is coming back in the morning to pull up flooring and finish the clean up, as well as provide me with the estimate for repairs. He did enough to make it possible for me to sleep down there tonight - even got rid of most of the smell. I am pretty sure that whatever it costs will be worth the peace of mind I gained from seeing faces everywhere to seeing clean floor. I am extremely grateful.

I had a slow leak in my condo unit which gradually damaged my engineered hardwood and the subfloor underneath. Al and his team did an excellent job working around the furniture in my unit and removing the cabinetry in my kitchen to repair the damage from the ground up. Al scheduled the work so that within 4 days the subfloors were replaced, the new hardwood was replaced, and the rest of the cabinetry and baseboards were reinstalled. Prompt and professional work and I am very happy with the results.

My toilet backed up and I called my Insurance company they sent out a call and Mister Gallant (mike) showed up within an hour. He went right to work and dealt with my insurance came in the next day and tore out all the soaked drywall and carpet etc. They returned a few days later to take away the dryers and had a carpet installer call us to set up new carpet install. I am very happy with the speed they were moving with the repairs and the call back time is great. Very happy with the service.

We had a drain leak in our ceiling damaging the ceiling and our dining table. Our insurer sent Mr. Gallant promptly to out home(under 2hr response time), this was the best part of the experience. After the initial removal of 8'x8' of drywall and two days of fan driers we did not see anyone for close to 5 weeks although we contacted the contractor and out insurer. The contractor was "very busy". This was a small job but still an insured claim and a big issue for us as we were without our dining room for two months. Initial repair time was 2-3 days as per Mr. Gallant, the first crew were in our home for under 4 hours(6 weeks after leak), the ceiling repair was poor and very visible, when the lighting was put back up the circuit was shorted and required an electrician to come and repair a week later Mr. Gallant arrived to inspect and agreed it required a strip/spray again. Each time this required us to take time off of work, The second repair is better but still visible, we have decided to live with this and do the rest of the paint/trim touch ups ourselves, for our 1000.00 insurance deductible we were disappointed. Seems this contractor has too many jobs on his plate and does not inspect/supervise his crews during the process. Communication is key. Dave

We had a house fire and was told by our insurance company that we would be out for 1-2 weeks. It has now been 8 weeks and we are still not back in our house. Still have at least another 2 before we are back in. This restoration company had to wait 6 weeks for a building permit to finally start on our house. They are now almost finished and the house is now looking better than it did before. Talked to the men working on our house and they were so friendly and courteous. I know its not the fault of this company for the long delay in starting. The city should be faster in processing building permits when a fire has occured. Would recommend this company to our friends and family when they need work done!
