Rooter Guys

I originally called another company which I will not mention the name. They tried to rip me off terribly I then called the Rooter guys they had a guy come out within the hour fix me up so that I can continue my day came back as scheduled Monday morning very professional very fast and very clean the guys were polite and did a fantastic job at a quarter of the cost.

Dan has been my one of two of mt go to sewer guy. He's always really friendly and tries his best to get the job done. He seems to always aim to please to get the job done. Often times he will show up the next day when I call and even same day. He's repaired my main line, snaked many drains, installed backflow valves, installed toilets and roughed in plumbing. He has a good team that works for him too.

Dan came out to do my assessment for a backwater valve. In my case, it required cutting through the sewer stack to run the camera through. He took the time to explain what had to be done and why, and let me know I could think about it and he could come back at another time or we could proceed immediately. I appreciated that there were no pressure tactics. He proceeded with the job and cleaned the area up nicely afterwards, and informed me he'd be dropping the assessment off to the City immediately. I called Dan back the next day as I noticed my toilet had started leaking and wondered if it was connected. He figured it may have been a broken seal. Despite a busy schedule, he came out within a few hours, replaced the seal, and then some! He noticed the sink basin wasn't affixed properly to the cabinet and was likely creating pressure on the pipe below. He peeked around, fixed a minor leak in the sink pipe and even applied some silicon to secure the basin. Dan clearly takes pride in his work, and believes in going the extra mile to make customers happy. I'm glad I've hired him to install my backwater valve, and would happily recommend him in the future.

This is a company you can trust. We had them come down on short notice to do an assessment., after our basement had flooded. Upon reviewing our needs, they were not able to help us, but they recommended another company to help us with our problem. They did not charge us a cent to for the visit. They easily could have just done the a job (that was not necessary), and taken the money, but instead made some great recommendations on what we actually required. They guys are honest & helpful, and I will consider them again in the future when I require their services.

I was in need of repair for my bathroom and I called the Rooter Guys and they came within 15 minutes. After 2 hours, Dan and Rick fixed the problem. They knew what they were doing and without a doubt are experienced in what they do. I recommend them to the fullest. They are the best service you can have and for an affordable price.

We needed to have a toilet unplugged. Dan was here the same day we called him, he cleared the blockage and he left. Could not have asked for better service.

Last week i had a sewer backup and after attempting to call 3 other plumbers who either had an answering service or were not able to come out until the next day, i spoke to Dan at Rooter Guys and he was at my house within an hour and the problem was solved and cleaned up in no time! Thank you so much for your fast and amazing service!!!!

Just had one of our leaky kitchen sinks permanently repaired by Dan at Rooter Guys. That means that over the years ... we've now had two toilets, and four sinks repaired by Rooter Guys, as well as having them INSTALL a bathroom sink, toilet and shower. They always show up on time ... give a fair price and do the job right the first time. Keep up the GOOD WORK Dan!

During the flood in Hamilton it was hard to get any one; Dan from Rooter guys were there ,in and out work done cleaned their mess. happy with their job.
