Hi had a few double doors that had issues (rattling, seal not perfect and wind/air coming in). I spoke to Rita and she sent over Andrea to look into the issue. I wasn't sure what to expect (i.e. a surprise....second appointment, etc.). To my amazement, Andrew quickly acknowledged the problem and went right onto fixing the doors....1.5hr hours later they were all done. He walked me through what the issue was and what he did to resolve it. He let me test each door and I was satisfied as the doors were much "tighter" than before. Great work Andrey!

I must admit that when we decided to do a kitchen cabinet project, I was not certain about doing a new kitchen (highest cost) vs. a reface (mid cost) vs. re-painting (lowest cost). After some investigation, I decided to rule out the re-painting...namely as the cost was still pretty high, and I would STILL have my "older" looking/style cabinets (vs. newer style). I then decided to do a re-face. When Frank (owner) came by for an estimate, I just had a gut feel that he was honest and on the spot decided to business with Techno. Wow....am I ever glad I chose them. Why? First of all......Frank was just awesome...why? I never felt any pressure to buy.... Frank provided us good inputs for us to make our decision...and were easy to deal with. I felt very comfortable dealing with Frank (as the owner) vs. dealing with a sales person, as Frank has a vested interest to make sure he stands behind his company. Second....Sheri was so well coordinated and regularly followed up and answered any questions we had (and make sure our project was well coordinated). Last but not least. Wow....dealing with the installers (Shawn & Romy) was beyond awesome. From day one, I could tell Shawn was a craftsman. He cared for every little touch like it was his own project. He would not hesitate to take a little extra time to do it right. Their attention to detail was off the charts....I NEVER have seen anyone care about their craft as much.....they did the RIGHT thing...I felt they did the work as if it was their kitchen. They spent the time to DO IT RIGHT....sure...you might have been able to 'finish' the job a day or two early...but, the end product would not have been as good.....this investment of 1 or two 'extra' s totally worth it....why? you have a customer for life....and I'll tell anyone and everyone to reach out to you if they ever contemplate a kitchen project. I must say it was sad to see Shawn and Romy leave...if it wasn't for Covid, I would have hugged them off. I may take a few door off/mess up the drawer so you'll have to send them back. Frank, thank you again for running such an awesome company.

I've had Grand Alarm service for 3 years. They came in and set-up my complete alarm service (new panels/contacts) and were able to use many of my older Alarm's contacts. I love the alarm.com feature where I can control (arm, disarm, see activity) via my phone. The service is what you would expect. Reliable. No issues at all. I would recommend Grand Alarms.

Absolutely amazing!!! From the day I got a quote (right on the spot) to the Painting day. Eric (provided quote) was great. He provided a fair quote and didn't try to sell things that I didn't need. Right away I felt comfortable working with Wow. On painting day, Carlos and his team showed up right on time and started to work right away. Everything was protected/covered before they started painting. It gave me comfort that my furniture would not be damaged in anyway. EVERYONE was so nice and pleasant to deal with. What was a nice surprise was that all the little dings/holes were all nicely patched up. I was somewhat expecting some push back, but no, they just filled in every defect on my wall. As for the painting: GREAT! My house absolutely looks likes it new. I've never thought of painting as an investment, but now I know it really is an investment. The house truly feels new. I've always chosen reputable companies from home stars and I must say this was the BEST experience I've had to date. I would definitely choose Wow Painting again and will recommend them to my friends & family. Thank you guys!!!! Amazing.

My glass shower was wobbly and the caulking was tearing & molding. Reza was great at fixing all these issues. He was very careful in removing and cleaning the old caulking and was superb at caulking. The shower looks like it had a complete makeover. Great work Reza.

I had a basement flood and contacted Bob and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. Bob and his crew arrived within 1.5 hours of me calling and quickly setup their equipment to extract the water. After that, they repaired the damage, including installing new carpet under padding as well as steam cleaning the carpets. Bob and his crew were timely, clean and professional. I would recommend using 5 Star Cleaning based upon my positive experience.

Mario and his crew were amazing. You could immediately tell they cared and had passion about quality and 'not just doing a roofing job'. Mario took the right amount of time to do the right job. They were skilled, pleasant and cleaned up everything in the end. It is without hesitation that I would use Alpine for my next project. Thanks guys!!!!!

I recently had new Wrought Iron Railings installed on my new deck extension. I must say that Tal was very professional and made great recommendations. He was able to match my existing railings almost bang on. As well, his recommendation to increase the size of the posts looks amazing. The crew that came to install the new railings were polite and professional. The install job was done in a very short manner. The price I received for the job was very competitive/fair. I would strongly recommend Pro Weld.

Sam recently did some pluming, electrical and drywall work. I find Sam to be very knowledgeable, skilled in trades and fair. I now regularly call Sam for any work I have around the house. My recent project involved fishing new electrical wires/switches. Same was not only able to do the electrical, but do all the patchwork.........which is great as you don't have to hire someone else to come in and finish up. I highly recommend sam.

I recently hired Chris to build a custom built-in. I found Chris to be very detailed oriented and skilled in his trades. As built-ins are almost a showpiece, attention to the fine details was very important to me. Chris took the time to explain everything as well as provide recommendations to my original ideas. I would definitely recommend Chris for any carpentry or cabinetry needs you may have.

I recently had 4 glass inserts replaced - I must say it was a pleasure dealing with Barry and Murray. They provided good insights, answered all my questions and provided a great product and install. To boot, the glass came with a 10 year warranty. I would highly recommend What a Pane for any glass/window needs.

I highly recommend Sam. He was punctual, listened to all my questions/concerns, was very patient and did a great job with my pluming and drywall. I will surely call Sam back again for other projects.

DO NOT USE this company. Service is horrific. They're happy to take your money, but can never be reached to actually do the work. The time I've spent more time trying to get a hold of them is MORE than me actually doing the work myself. Stay away.

We had a badly leaking kitchen sink drain and called WaterWorks based upon the good reviews on Homestars. I must say that I was very impressed at the great work. It was done in a timely manner and on the spot. Josh, the service Technician was very professional, courteous and even cleaned after the work was done. He provided a few options on how to solve the problem and did not apply any pressure at to which way to go. He simply provided his professional recommendations. Great work Josh. I would highly recommend WaterWorks.

I had a drain back-up problem in my basement. Mathew from Drainworks arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided practicle advise and options. The flat rate pricing provided me comfort knowing exactly what I was paying for. The attention to detail and professionalism would definitly make Drainworks a 'Recommend' in my books.
