I've had Grand Alarm service for 3 years. They came in and set-up my complete alarm service (new panels/contacts) and were able to use many of my older Alarm's contacts.
I love the alarm.com feature where I can control (arm, disarm, see activity) via my phone.
The service is what you would expect. Reliable. No issues at all.
I would recommend Grand Alarms.
