Had a great experience. The job was about as far from ideal as it gets, and Alex and his crew just rolled with whatever came. They were very accommodating and did excellent work. They pushed back when required and went the extra mile when appropriate. I could not be happier with their services. The company is a prime example of "tone from the top." There were several stages to the project and by extension, several different people on the site. All were exceptionally courteous, professional and highly skilled.

AC Electrical was able to come quickly to give us a reasonable quote, on-site.
Then we didn't have to wait long, as they came to do the job the very next week, in 1 visit.
The job was well executed, and when they needed to come back to implement some modifications that I requested, again we didn't have to wait long.

Nick was here same day to quote the job, his price was fair, and he impressed me with his honesty, and candor.

The job entailed replacing the existing fuse panel with a new panel of circuit breakers, updating all connections ( sockets and switches ), including disconnecting each connection where aluminum wiring was present, applying anti-oxidant compound , pig-tailing copper wire to the aluminum with new connectors, and re- installing with new switches and plugs. They also added a new circuit ( one receptacle ) in my furnace room, where none had existed, and replaced two 2 Ft. fluorescent fixtures in my basement with two new 4 Ft. fixtures .

When Nick first came to quote the job, we walked through the house counting switches and plugs, and from that he generated a price. When his electricians were doing the work it was discovered that part of the house had previously been renovated using copper wire , so no updating was required , the electrician (Jim ) brought it to my attention ( he could have said nothing ) . Nick adjusted his invoice accordingly bringing down his original quote from $3900.00 (tax in) to $3200.00 saving me $700.00.
The electricians Jim and Dillon were extremely professional , and courteous, never objecting to my asking questions, and watching over their shoulders. They cleaned up and took with them all the old switches and plugs for recycling.
They arrived a little early, and left a little late, in order to complete the job in one day instead of the day and a half that was expected!

I was a Purchasing Agent for forty years, I am good at assessing people, and these people are great !

We could not have been more pleased with the service we received from AC Electrical. From the initial contact with Melissa in the office, to the initial quote from Mike the electrician, and right up to the completion of the job we received nothing but a professional, courteous, friendly and expert service. The initial quote was done within a few hours of my first call, and the work itself was complete less than a week later.
Mike quoted on a number of projects which we were interested in, and he was competitive in his pricing and realistic and helpful about some of the issues involved. Later, on the phone, Melissa was very helpful in explaining the pricing and exactly what would be involved. On the day, Mike and his partner were fast, clean, tidy and respectful of our property. They were very good at working around our two babies, which can be quite a chaotic experience! Most importantly, the job was of fantastic quality. The chandelier was hanging within a few minutes, and looks great. The six pot lights were installed in the bedroom before the end of the day, with a dimmer switch and two bedside wall switches. They look great and it was scarcely possible to tell that the guys had even been there. The finished work will enhance our daily lives really and improve the value of our house.
It was a rare delight to work with AC Electrical and we will definitely use them again for future projects!

Very impressed. My call requesting an estimate was returned promptly. Electrician showed up on time, courteous and professional. Did a very good job-generator to be connected required another electrical box be installed. Completed in a timely, professional manner.

Called this company to explain the problem but had to leaver a voice mail message. My call was returned within the hour, and most courteously. Head electrician offered the most reasonable and logical solution to the wiring problem we were experiencing. Spokesperson Melissa explained that an electrician would come to our house, assess the job and then quote me an exact price before any work began. Mike, the electrician, did exactly as Melissa said he would. Not only did he reconnect the electrical box in a neat, efficient and timely manner, he also brought in a broom to clean up any residue resulting from his work, and then took that residue away with him! He did a splendid job in less than two hours. I will absolutely keep his AC Electrical Contractors business card on our bulletin board for future reference.

Exterior power outlets and kitchen light were out so we called AC as they had GREAT reviews on this site. From initial contact I could tell that this was a well run and professional group. Jim came out and was also prompt and professional. He was really quick and able to diagnose the issues very quickly. My only complaint was the pricing...I do realize that generally speaking it can be costly to get the trades out to assist when we are in need of aid...that being said, this may be a typical or even inexpensive service.
