The team Mike & Dylan were first & foremost so very polite & considerate.They were punctual. They worked cleanly & every night left the house in great shape. The price was not the cheapest but i liked the professionalism.

As part of a kitchen\Laundry reno, I needed an electrical outlet and phone outlet relocated. I contacted several electricians, who weren't interested in such a small job (despite the contrary being advertised on their websites). Mike was the most prompt. He detailed exactly what options I had and the costs associated with them. He was professional, kept a tidy work space and I wouldn't hesitate in contacting him again for all my electrical needs.

My home experienced multiple black-outs within a few days. Checked with the City, there was no problem in my area. I found AC Electrical on the internet. I was quite pleased with their up-front advice of the charges and it was reasonable. Mike came to the house and after inspection showed me the reasons for the blackout. He made two recommendations plus the pros and cons of each. I opted to replace the panel and upgrade to a safer system. Michael (a different electrician) came to do the job. He was pleasant, professional and friendly to my cat. He answered all my questions in the process. At the end, everything was checked out, all were working well. He identified the major switches on the panel and gave a briefing how those switches work. After that he collected all the junk from the old panel and cleaned up the entire work area. Shortly after Michael left, an inspector from Electrical Safety Authority came to inspect - it was a pass.
I am quite pleased with Mike's and Michael's professionalism and their quality of work. I will highly recommend AC Electrical to my friends and family.

Mike was on time and very professional. He came in found out the jobs that needed to be done and gave me a quote. He was tidy and put a drop cloth around to protect floor. When job was done, the actual price was less than though,t because a box was not required for one of the ceiling fans. Will definitely contact again and refer friends and family to AC Electrical. My wife and I were so impressed with the courteous and professional service we received from AC Electrical Contractors Ltd. that we will use them for all our future projects and recommend them to our friends and family. We recently purchased a new range oven and refrigerator. Our very old ones were connected directly into our fuse box and we needed to have outlets installed directly behind the appliances. A much needed upgrade. When I called to arrange an appointment I was immediately impressed at how friendly and helpful the dispatcher was. She arranged a very convenient time for us (8 to 9 am) and clearly explained what we could expect. Mike showed up promptly and was again very friendly and courteous. He gave me a great, quick and easy to understand estimate. I agreed immediately and he got right to work. The work was done quickly and professionally and we were very happy with the results. A great experience from beginning to end.

Mike did a great job of installing our timers. He was professional, reliable, and tidy. Moreover, he took the time necessary to do the job properly and explain everything to us along the way (including the warranty and what to do if we had any trouble in the future). I was kindly referred to AC Electric by another company that I found on HomeStars and I greatly appreciate the referral. Nick from AC Electric had one of his electricians come out in less than an hour. Michael showed up on time and was professional, courteous and efficient. He quickly realized that the problem was not in the rental unit, but in the basement of the building. He changed the fuse and gave me advice on what needed to be done for this not to happen again. Mike and all the folks at AC Electrical were great. They know their stuff, do what they commit to and stick to their quote or better.

Aluminium rejuvenation was done which requires work on nearly every termination point in the home. In addition to this the main panel was completely replaced and a bunch more work was done such as new light fixtures where nothing existed previously.

I would highly recommend Mike and AC Electrical. Mike replaced three smoke/CO detectors and one light fixture (track light) plus he fixed some electrical outlets that needed adjustment. I am very happy with the whole experience of hiring AC Electrical.
