Not only is he the owner, hes a fully licensed Master Electrician that truly knows what he is doing. Marc was very easy to deal with, and was very professional throughout the entire process. Marc was incredible coming out on a long weekend to help us with an electrical issue. He quickly identified the problem and got working on the solution right away. He kept us informed every step of the way as he was repairing our electrical issue, so we knew what to expect. I had an emergency electrical issue on the long weekend and wasnt able to get any help. I asked a friend for a recommendation and he recommended Marc from MCS. He said hes the best you can get. And Marc was. He arrived shortly after I gave him a call. He was quick to diagnose the issue and took care of everything from start to finish. Throughout the process, he was very friendly and took the time to explain what was going on. Overall, great service and highly recommended.

We needed to install a new exhaust fan for a bathroom, including pipe work and cutting the roof. Marc took care of everything. His guys (Mike and Mike) were extremely professional, quick, and they also cleaned up everything afterward.

Marc first impressed us with a prompt reply to our request for quotation. He assessed the work accurately and quickly, while still spending the time needed to understand what we were looking for and discussing the pros and cons of the options. He arrived to do the work when he said he would, got through the job quickly and gave good advice on the colour values of the pot lights. He fussed with the pendants until they were hung exactly right. On top of that, Marc is a really pleasant person to have in your home, and he also provided a terrific reference for another person to do some drywall work that we needed done.

Marc was great at communicating all along, from booking a date to have the power turned off, to arrival details and a follow up message. He was on the job with Mike, who then finished the instillation.They were able to accommodate our request to fit the new panel and surge protector in the existing cabinet. Marc returned to help check and label each breaker. Mike took extra time to ensure the land line, internet and cable tv were all working as well, since these were in the same cabinet.
