Kyle showed up during the two hour window we were given. He found and corrected the problem quickly. He was excellent explaining the problem and answering our questions. We would certainly use this company and Kyle again for any future electrical problems.

Hired AC Electrical to fix some wiring issues in our older home, Kyle was great, worked fast and surprised us with how little damage had to be done to put new outlets in areas there weren't any before. We had numerous things completed in one shot, such as adding 20A plugs in the kitchen, relocating a plug that was in a closet, rewiring the basement that had been unsafe, adding pot lights to the kitchen, and upgrading an aging panel to a new one with more space.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Much happier knowing everything is safe and grounded!

We had some small jobs around our new condo that needed to be done. AC Electrical made the process easy, Steven came in and got all the work done in a couple of hours. He did a great job, we will definitely recommend AC Electrical to our friends and family!

Helen is amazing to deal with, scheduled quote and work within 2 days. Steve did a great job rewiring our hot tub, installing new sub panel and exterior breaker. He also updated/fixed exterior outlets and interior light switch. I was impressed with competitive quote and quality of work, we'll be using them again for other electrical work.

We had an odd partial outage of electricity.
Fast response and helpful suggestions from phone and email contacts. We ended up having an electrician come out and double check our panel as well as change a bathroom light fixture. Very friendly, courteous and helpful service. I will definitely go to AC again and recommend them.

I lost power to half my house. I used Homestars to find an electrician. I called three. I left a voicemail at 1, was directed to email at the 2nd ( still haven't heard from them), and spoke to Sandra at AC Electrical. So, first plus for AC Electrical is that they have people dedicated to answering the phone during business hours. Sandra booked me for an appointment within 24 hours.

Second plus, for AC Electrical, is they review their call requests quickly and assess the potential problem. Within half an hour of my call I received a call from Helen, an electrician at the company. She advised me to call Toronto Hydro to come and check my lines. She thought it was likely a problem outside my house. I really appreciated this advice and called my utility provider. In the meantime, Helen called back in 2 hours to see what T. Hydro had done. She advised that my appointment for the next day would be held until I advised otherwise. She told me to call the phone number at any time that night and leave a voice mail to let me know how things with Toronto Hydro had gone. I really appreciated the call as it made me feel I had their support and AC Electrical would be available until my problem was fixed, even if they didn't fix the problem. Toronto Hydro came within 6 hours and identified that one of the 100 amp fuses at my main had blown (who knew I had fuses! . . I have 2 breaker panels). This confirmed that the problem did require an electrician. However, Toronto Hydro did replace my connections and line to the street as they assessed the wires were very old. I'm very happy about that too. I left a voicemail for AC Electrical, texted photos of the fuse required and requested confirmation of when would come the next day. I received a text the next morning confirming an earlier appointment time and that they had the fuses in stock.

Third plus for AC Electrical, Kyle arrived, during the stated apointment window, with the 2 fuses and got my electricity up and running quickly. He then went on to make recommedations on improvements to our electrical system. We plan to do renovations within the year. So, he wrote up a quote that included our plans and his recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions.

Kyle and Steven were friendly, prompt and professional. They reviewed the specifications for my particular charger with me to ensure the right configuration. The work was completed quickly and neatly.

Kyle came and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then fixed it and put on an extra safety seal to prevent any future problems.

Loved working with AC Electrical from start to finish. They replied promptly to my email request and were able to get an electrician out quickly to my home to provide an estimate. Only my schedule prevented his doing the work right away. Kyle was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The work was done on time and right on budget. No surprises.
