In short, we had water coming in through our old electrical panel. AC organized the entire project for us ... electrical power off and coordinating with Toronto Hydro ... repairing the leak ... and installing a brand new panel. Today, leak is gone, panel looks great, and we are very happy. AC was great all the way through with communication and I'd absolutely recommend them. Cheers and thanks AC!

I found Steven to be very professional and incredibly knowledgable in his field of work. He took out over the head microwave above the stove in the kitchen and replaced it with over the range hood fan easily. He clearly communicated what he was going to do and he explained everything really well before he started to work. He accomplished the task with in the timeframe given and cleaned up everything before he left. He was very courteous and I would definitely recommend his services again.

Can't say enough about how happy I was to fine AC. Genelle was in regular communication with me making sure all was going well. She was fantastic. Steven was on time and finished the work in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable about the work being done. The quote they provided me was what I paid, even though Steven had to go buy some items from CT (that never happens).

My experience with this contractor was mixed, but I am now satisfied that they take their customer service seriously. Initially, the people at the head office were helpful on the phone, but the electrician who turned up at my home to install an outlet in my basement was negative and unhelpful. He insisted that my new sump pump had to be connected directly to the electrical panel (rather than just installing an electrical outlet) and gave me a quote for $600. I found out later that this was untrue (all that was needed was an outlet) and got it done for much, much less. So I ended up paying $66 for the initial visit/consultation for no reason. But subsequent to my complaint, Genelle, the office manager, made a special effort to rectify the situation by contacting me and hearing me out. I appreciate that this contractor has tried to make amends. So I am changing my initial negative review to a more positive one.

AC Electrical completed work on both my bought and sold properties in compliance with Home Inspections. Steve, Neil and Kyle were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend AC Electrical for their professional service.

Steve helped to solve the problem of why we couldn’t turn on the chandelier in our dining room. It had stopped working when the wrong volt bulbs had been put in and even when the correct ones were used, it still didn’t work. Steve replaced the light switch and fixed the wiring. He suggested a way to make sure it didn’t happen again as well. Then he replaced some of the breakers in our electrical panel that were the wrong type. He also helped to plug an old wiring conduit that was causing us problems. He showed up on time and was very helpful in his explanations of what he was doing. Would definitely have him come back. I had an opportunity to hired AC Electrical when I did my kitchen and bathroom renovation last year. I am more than satisfied with their work and professional as every process went very smoothly from very beginning with office customer service Sandra to end of the job. This year I again called them to do some more jobs and they did such great job for reasonable price.

Secondly, Nick, the owner of the company who came to give estimate to me is a true gentleman and professional. He has such a positive energy that makes me feel comfortable. He show up to quote on time as scheduled. He was so helpful and details to explain me about the job. I am very happy to meet him.
Lastly Kyle, the electrician who did all the job at my place is the best. He is very punctual, professional, friendly, fast and efficient in everything he do. He did all the job nice and clean. In one word I wanna describe him is “AWESOME.”Thank you team for the great work. Will be calling you again in the future.

The electrician has arrived to our house on time. We had a power outage in all bathrooms on the second floor. The electrician came and pressed the reset button on the power outlet in the powder room. All bathroom outlet works. This work less than 5 minutes has been classified as large diagnostics and costs $250. The Good part is that the $60 home visiting fees has been waved. The pricing looks overcharged to me. The lesson learned is to ask for the service charges beforehand. :)
