On a Friday morning we woke up to no hot water! Yikes! Myhusband said he would be home at lunch to have a look and he got tied up, so never got to it. Friday at 3pm I thought, I'd better call to see if anything can e done....better late then never! By 3:45 our local plumbing company in Gravenhurst arrived at the door and fixed the problem, as well as did testing to see that all was functioning properly! Hooray! So polite and professional they were.....not to mention that they did not make me feel dumb for calling about a fuse!!! Such a great top knotch service. THANK YOU!

The gentleman that showed up to fix our furnace was nothing short of awesome. He called before he showed up, early because I had to work. Was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He was friendly and incredibly helpful.

Our technician (Barry) was an absolute gem. Not only did he show up as promised but repaired the heater in no time and then gave us a lesson
on how the tank controls work.

My rental water heater had failed it was almost 20 years old. Reliance was able to get out and replace it within a few hours of my call. The service technician was quick and very respectful of my property.

I am writing to acknowledge some excellent customer service I received by staff and technicians at Reliance Home Comfort.

My husband and I had purchased a water heater four years ago when we built our home in Windsor, Ontario. Unfortunately, it was not working properly since we purchased it, so we had made many calls to other hot water companies to have it fixed. We'd recently had another issue with it, and decided not to fix it as the cost of repairs was more than the cost of the hot water tank.

We decided to rent a hot water tank on Friday, July 6, 2012. I called Reliance Energy Friday afternoon at 4:45 pm, not expecting to get "an actual person" on the other end. I was greeted by a customer service representative, who answered all of my questions and displayed excellent customer service. I called back about 45 minutes later and was greeted with the same customer service as I had received during my previous phone call. This gentleman booked a service technician for us on Sunday, July 8th. We were impressed that service calls were made on Sunday, and were very excited to finally have hot water again after 4 days without it.

On July 8th I called to confirm what time the technician would be in our area, and was greeted by another helpful customer service representative. He too was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The service technician showed up and had our new hot water tank installed and working within 45 minutes. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He efficiently installed our new hot water tank and removed the old one in what felt like a matter of minutes. He was courteous and tidy.

In a time where exceptional customer service has fallen to the wayside, my husband and I wanted to recognize the exceptional service we received from these three individuals. We would appreciate if you would let them know how great a job they’re doing!

Impressed with the service I received to replace my rental hot water heater. I found the old one leaking at noon and placed a call which was answered immediately. The customer service rep indicated that a technician would be out between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. I assumed this would be to check the old unit and then schedule a replacement. Matt showed up at 4:00 p.m. and I had a new water heater installed by 6:00 p.m. Beyond a little work to install the new venting, everything went well and Matt did an awesome job. Courteous and quick. Best of all, the wife was happy that she had hot water the same day. Can't put a price on that.

Bad Start!! my water heater was leaking, and not providing any hot water, called Reliance (866 number) booked a repair time between 4-8 for the same day. By 8:30 I hadn't heard from anyone so I called Reliance again they were very apologetic and said they could send someone out that night between 9-12 or next morning between 7-11. I picked the morning.
Great finish Daryl #2109 called around 9:30, said he was on his way would be at house in 10 minutes, he was. He checked water heater and showed me why it needed to be replaced. He discussed tank size options with me. He was very helpful and did a great job keeping everything clean. He even showed me how to replace the filter on my air conditioner. Thanks Daryl.

Paul C. (Naresh Chattarpaul), Senior Technician of Reliance Home Comfort responded to attend to a service call to identify and fix the air cooling system's failure on 8aug2012, at my home in Mississauga. After a thorough investigation, the interior blown motor assembly was replaced to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, providing prompt and good service.

Also, this technician provided very educative information on the working of the system in terms of user maintenance aspects for the cooling as well as heating systems. The information provided was very useful.
Overall, an excellent service call experience to me as a client.

Reliance Home comfort and their Senior Service Technician John Saliba, took care of the annoying grinding noise coming from my furnance room. I called around 10:45 p.m Monday night when I heard the noise. I got someone right away, they set up an appointment for the next day from between 7 and 11 Am. Jonh arrived a little after 8:00 AM assessed the problem and effeciently fixed it. He pleasently answered all my questions. Overall, I was very impressed and when it comes time to replace this builders furnace, I will be giving John and Reliance a call.
