Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

We just moved into a new house in West Oakville and received a letter from Reliance Home Comfort to pay 20/m for a hot water tank. This is three times as much as we paid in Toronto. They demand an automatic payment from our bank account, with an option to take more money at their discretion. For this priveledge, they also charge $35 Administrative fee. We have tried to unsuccessfully contact them for days. All we received is demand for money, no details of contract, nothing about what services would be supplied under this pricey contract and no one ever calls back when we leave a message. In my opinion this is a total rip off.

Approximate cost of services:: $2,400.00
What could this company do to improve their services?: Charge a reasonable price. Supply a contract. Have a payment option using a credit card or postdated cheques, I don't like anyone having a free access to my account.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Do not deal with this company and never give anyone free access to your bank account.
