A friend recommended Select Granite Tops to me as she had used them and was very pleased. We met with Jan Westwell and right off the bat she was great. Very helpful, very accommodating and the customer service I received was amazing. The job was done so professionally and it turned out gorgeous. The installer came on time to measure and the job was turned around in less time than anticipated. Throughout my renovation I have noticed that customer service is at an all time low these days but with Select Granite Tops and Jan Westwell they have restored my faith that it is still out there. I have had a few questions here and there and they have always been over the top helpful even after the job was completed. I most definately recommend them.

We first found Select Granite Tops at the Sring Home Show in 2010. Alberto provided us with a quote which was a lot lower than a lot of the other quotes that we had received. We went to the show room and met with Gustavo who provided us with our final quote and discussed the whole process with us. We found him to be very professional and helpful. We would reccommend SGT to anyone!

We went to SGT before and again later when we were more serious in getting a granite counter top and our new townhouse was ready. Jan was great on both occasions due to the good customer service, competitive prices and selection. What a difference 3 cm vs 2 cm. Our bathroom granite counter top I believe is much better than the ones the builder provided. No disappointment from using this company. Will definitely use them again, because they are good. They are busy for a reason because they were great.

I dealth with Gustavo and Jan. Gustavo gave me the best price and answered my questions quickly. I went to visit Gustavo and he was a real stand up guy... took me around. showed me my quartz and took me for a tour. Jan was very helpful and responsive to emails and even helped me out on the price for the sink. Alberto came to my home to take measurements and he was funny and great... gave us some suggestions etc and did a great job. Junior came to install the countertop and was great and profesional. All and all a big thumbs up.
I did want to note that Gustavo did give me pricing on no seams but later the pricing was for 1 seam. I understand people make mistakes so that was fine.

I was told by many friends that you must prepare yourself for the mess that will occur after the installers leave. I was pleased to know that the two installers that entered my house were clean and curtious. He actually went on his hands and knees to clean the floor
after they were done. I was floored when my wife and I saw what he had done. We have an 11 month boy who was sleeping through the install and they always made sure to whisper thru the process.
i would like to thank the installers for the great job that was done and their professionalism they displayed.
