I called WaterWorks Plumbing and Drains and they were courteous, They answered the call, provided the diagnosis fee which is part of the total cost if you proceed with the service. Come closer to the appointment date, I received an e-mail of the plumber coming by with a picture. Tony was our plumber and was professional and courteous, even asking if we were available earlier, if I wished. He diagnosed the issue and proceed to fix the shut-off value which controlled both the hot&cold water. He unfortunately had to cut into the drywall to eventually fix the problem and did. I waited till now to see if there were any post-repair issues and so far nothing. Immediately after the service was completed, Rose called to follow-up to see how the service was and if I was satisfied which I was. Thanks Tony and Rose

This company was very helpful in moving our belongings to our new place. They wrapped our furniture, took down items and did it with care. Nice guys, the only reason who I did not provide a perfect score was the spacers for my glass table was not in the drawers as mentioned. Otherwise, good movers.

Andrew & Cityboxes.ca was fantastic and he was more than accommodating. He offered advice, dropped off and picked up the boxes when I was done. If I move again (hopefully not), I will gladly use this company again.

We hired Floorwood Solutions after reading the great reviews online. We shopped around and found their company the most up front. While their prices are not the lowest, they were the most genuine and honest in their quotes and service. There were other companies that quoted similar prices and were readily available but I decided to wait for Robert and Derek. I was not disappointed, the quality and workmanship speaks volumes. They installed hardwoods in the hallway, kitchen, and bedrooms in May/June 2010. While they are a busy company, they are worth the wait! Thanks so much Patricia, Robert, Derek and Sebastien.

We went to SGT before and again later when we were more serious in getting a granite counter top and our new townhouse was ready. Jan was great on both occasions due to the good customer service, competitive prices and selection. What a difference 3 cm vs 2 cm. Our bathroom granite counter top I believe is much better than the ones the builder provided. No disappointment from using this company. Will definitely use them again, because they are good. They are busy for a reason because they were great.

I received quotes from numerous movers, most from brand name companies. I tried Arby Cartage due to the great reviews from HomeStars. Arby was the first company to follow-up with me, was polite and professional. His quote was one of the lowest compared to the others. Regardless of the costs, I wanted to make sure I would receive good service as well. Arby followed up with me, provided a contract, answered all my questions and was able to accommodate me on the date and time. They were fantastic, as Anil and another gentleman helped move my goods to our new townhouse. I contacted Valentin the same day after trying a couple of other plumbers listed on this site. He contacted me back right away, explained everything and gave me an honest quote. Valentin came by to fix the plumbing of my bathroom faucet pipes after I upgraded the counter-top and undermount sink, added my faucet as well as shut off valves. He serviced my plumbing needs that afternoon, was clean, professional, gave an honest quote (better than the competitors) and explained everything to me. Valentin used top quality parts, solved a problem with my faucet and offered a warranty as well. Valentin will be the plumber for any future plumbing needs.

I had my kitchen light breakdown. I called and left a message and was called back shortly. Antonio was very accommodating in arranging an appointment date/time. He met me on time, and removed the light fixture while replacing the one and adding another as requested. Excellent service. Explained every question and concerns. Look forward to using him and his co. in the future.
