The Flat roof of my house needed replacement. The membrane of the roof had separated.

The roof was damaged and leaking due to raccoons. Our bathroom also needed a bathroom vent to be added to the roof in order to install a bathroom fan. Throughout the entire process, the Canadian Roofing Company has been a wonderful and highly skilled team.

I had the damaged shingles replaced, existing vents on my roof replaced as they were of poor quality, had a bathroom vent installed, and all areas were sealed.

On the day of the job, the team was very courteous and polite, and quickly and efficiently finished the work. It was done in one day, just in time before the rain came the next day and the newly repaired roof held up excellently, with no leaks. The new shingles match the current ones perfectly--I can't tell they were even replaced. The team also took down a television antenna, which was how the raccoons were getting on the roof. The team cleaned up all the debris; there is no mess left at all.

I really appreciated the prompt and genuine communication kept by Jason and the team at the Canadian Roofing Company. I was away on a trip and yet there was no issue in communication. They have the skill and a high work ethic that is evident in the whole team. I would highly recommend the Canadian Roofing Company and will continue to have my roof serviced by them.

We learned of Jason and Ava's company through friends of ours who were really satisfied with the work from Canadian Roofing. We moved into our new house knowing we needed to replace the shingles pretty soon. When I spoke with Jason he was very friendly, courteous and responsive. We lined up the job and they did a great job. They removed the old shingles, put the new ones up with vents in the roof all in a day's work. The crews were very friendly, courteous, and they explained what they'd done at the end of the the day. they were also very tidy and took extra care to ensure there weren't any nails around on the lawn. We could not have been more happy with the quality of work, efficiency and professionalism. We also ran into some issues with our drywallers and Jason recommended one of his contacts. Knowing how good his own guys were I had full confidence in his recommendation and was thoroughly impressed. But that's for another review. Just shows the good people they associate with! Used Canadian Roofing a few years ago for a larger roof, eaves and siding job and this small job was done with the same attention to detail. All the tricky intricate corners are crisp and I know those pesky squirrels will not be blue to get inside now that the job is done. Thanks guys

The price for the replacement f the shingles on our house was very competitive and it included features not in other quotes we had received. The work was done efficiently and cleanly in just over one day. The roofers on site we always courteous, and they consulted us as the job proceeded to ensure that we understood what was happening and why. We are very satisfied with the job overall, and Canadian Roofing is a company which we would recommend to anyone wanting to replace their shingles.

My experience with CRC was nothing short of fantastic. When my original roof installer could not help with my replacement request and disappointing results from other roofing companies, I was happy to find CRC. They accommodated my schedule. Darren and his installation crew were great to work with. Clean up and disposal was excellent. Just an overall great experience. I would recommend CRC to anyone that needs roofing done.

Darren and his crew at Canadian Roofing did a great job, the communication was clear and detailed. The only thing was that the cost ended up going over the estimate by about 30% but Darren was willing to work with us to stay closer to what we had budgeted for. They were willing to let my husband go up on the flat roof to explain where the extra costs were coming from which made it easier to understand how much work they were doing. Overall, we know that we got a great job.

Jason and his team did a fantastic job several years ago when they repaired my very distressed roof, but I did not have an extension on the house done at the time as I thought it was in good shape. When I got a leak this spring, I called Jason to help me out, and his team did another fantastic job on this extension. Very efficient, professional, respectful, timely, and a smooth payment interaction.

I would not normally write a review however this company most definitely deserved one. Jason was extremely knowledgeable giving me a comfort level immediately. His pricing was in the ballpark of other competent companies which made my decision to go with Canadian Roofing an easy one. I paid exactly what was quoted, not a penny more and received a top notch job with many little extras thrown in. 8 new roof vents were installed and all my old wires over 20 years were cut down and an old bell dish was even taken down for me. There were a few minor issues with the eaves that Jason took care of immediately before payment was rendered. Customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend Canadian Roofing and will definitely use their services again in the future.

No upfront or consulting fees, just straight talk. Amazing job, no mess, and everyone on my street is asking who did the job. If you want to increase your property value, have everyone stop and ask who did it, go with Canadian Roofing Company. Do not go with a company offering those cheap organic shingles and go with fibreglass. And go with this 100% Canadian company. Very very happy with them.
