GTA siding was by far our best choice for the job we had done. It was a pleasure to deal with Denis and his crew the entire time they were working on our house. Their attention to detail was second to none and Denis was very patient when my wife was a little stressed over the colour choice of our siding. Denis was great at guiding us through the colours and what did turn out to be a great choice. We have had numerous compliments from our neighbours on the beautiful job GTA did and their work ethic and clean up was fantastic. They were genuinely concerned that we were happy with every aspect of the installation. Denis even had a very creative way to hide our exterior gas line while still allowing us to get at it if we ever needed to. I would definitely recommend GTA siding to anyone looking to upgrade their exterior.

A fantastic job done by John and his son from Dima Plumbing. I tried several plumbers advertised on Homestars but John was the only plumber that came through. the shower in my uncle's main floor bath was leaking into out basement and he was not able to use it due to possible damage to our place. John and his son came when they said they would, were very professional. Worked cleanly and neatly. They did several test runs to make sure everything was operating as it should be and also checking the drains. They even installed a grab bar for me. I would highly recommend Dima Plumbing for any plumbing work you may have.

I rely on the reviews of HomeStars customers when researching trades that I need. Based on what I read, I chose Strong Plumbing, and am I glad I did. Valentine was a true professional. He showed up on time. He did and excellent job on installing our new toilet. He worked cleanly and checked out the drainage before installing. During the installation I had mentioned that our balance valve in the bathtub was not working properly. He went ahead and replaced the cartridge and while doing so discovered and repaired another issue I had with the water supply. He was very happy to accommodate his customer and went over and above what the original job requirement was. I would highly recommend Strong Plumbing be your first call if you need any work done. They will be my first call when I need a plumber.

My experience with CRC was nothing short of fantastic. When my original roof installer could not help with my replacement request and disappointing results from other roofing companies, I was happy to find CRC. They accommodated my schedule. Darren and his installation crew were great to work with. Clean up and disposal was excellent. Just an overall great experience. I would recommend CRC to anyone that needs roofing done.

We chose Black Forest Woodworking after getting estimates from other cabinet companies. We liked the designs and felt very comfortable working with Steven. We knew what we wanted but needed the expertise to help pull the design together. Steven was very patient and helpful. When it came time for installation, the job was done in one day. They worked neatly and answered all questions I had. When it was done we were blown away how fantastic it looked. We really liked the quality and craftsmanship so much that we have contracted Steven to do another built in unit with fireplace mantel for our basement. No need to look any further, for quality and craftsmanship Black Forest Woodworking is our recommendation.

We needed a new gas fireplace installed in our basement. Imran had done work for us before so without any hesitation we contacted him to do the job. What a fantastic experience! From helping us pick the right model, to the installation and taking away our old unit, my wife and I were delighted with his work. He was very meticulous with the installation, making sure we were informed of what was being done and why, he answered all our questions and exceeded our expectations when the job was complete. RLC electric is fantastic. I contacted nine different electrical contractors on Homestars but Ralph was the only one that answered when I called and took the time to talk to me and understand my requirements. He booked time for me that evening as I was under a deadline with my gas fireplace installer to have the old unit disconnected before they would install the new one. Ralph showed up on time, was very professional, explained to me what was involved in the work - always keeping safety first - and cleaned up afterwards. He double checked that everything was working properly when completed. I was very impressed that he was able to help me out on such short notice and he was reasonanably priced! I would definitely call RLC electric again.

I had a small issue with my furnace just before Easter. I called Richard late and left a message. He called me back right away and offered to come out right that night. I told him to leave it until the next morning as it wasn't that urgent but I would like to have the issue resolved before I went to work in the morning. By 7:30 a.m. Richard was standing at my door. He prompty took care of the issue and I was off to work, A lot of people can sell you a furnace, but it is the service afterwards that will set the best company's apart. Richard at Core Temp gives excellent service and I am glad I purchased by furnace from him.

Imran of Gas Fireplace Services is the best. I contacted him after I read reviews about him in Homestars. He returned my call promptly, booked a time and arrived when he said he would. He was meticulous at taking apart, repairing and ensuring that the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions that I had. He thoroughly cleaned the fireplace and did a small update with some paint that restored the fireplace to looking like new....it was fantastic! He did not try to sell me any services over and above and pinpointed the problem right away. Imran is extremely professional and honest and I would recommend him to anyone needing gas fireplace work done.

I needed to replace my old furnace. I interviewed numerous different heating contractors and learned something from each one of them. I was most impressed by Richard of CoreTemp. His product knowledge and honest approach is what sealed the deal. Richard and his staff were most accommodating with regard to the date of installation. They were on time, worked neatly, did a fantastic job cleaning up, answered any questions I had during the installation and made sure I understood the workings of my furnace before they left the premises. They were most concerned that I was completely satisfied with their work. I was blown away! I have never had service like this before from any contractor that I have dealt with. In April 2011 I had a small issue with the furnace. While it was not that cold outside I decided to call Coretemp for assistance as I have an elderly relative living with me. Upon leaving a message, Richard returned my call within 15 minutes and was able to advise me over the phone as to how to remedy the situation...it worked! The next day the office contacted me and said that Richard would be by to check the furnace even though it was fine. Richard showed up and checked the furnace over. He cleaned a sensor at no charge and all was perfect. Many heating contractors claim that they have great follow up service but I can honestly state that Coretemp is my contractor of choice. I am having Coretemp do my spring A/C check. I highly recommend Richard and Coretemp Heating.
