Manny's TV & Appliance

Manny's is a small store located in the Hadley Mall. The staff is personable, depending on whom you get. Some of the the sales staff can also be a little short and tend to want to hurry along a sale. Over the years, I have purchased many products at Manny's and all of the products have been reliable. I have heard from others that Manny's no longer handles repairs themselves, and contracts that part out. The delivery men this time around were very accommodating, but I have also had a delivery man who ended up screaming at me because he had to move my washer aside to put in the dryer. I actually thought of going elsewhere after that incident, but after comparing prices, I still buy from Manny's. If you don't mind a dent in your appliance, the scratch and dent store is also worth a trip.

Manny's is a small store, and so we were helped immediately when we went in. In a short amount of time we were able to find just the right washer for us, and it was a good deal--we paid less than we were expecting to, and got more use out of the washer than we anticipated. Very helpful and quick service.

I would buy another fridge from Mannys because of the great delivery people who arrived at 6pm and were careful to very careful moving the fridge into the house, unpacking it, and setting it up for me. They installed all the shelves, and showed me all the features of the fridge. They were so nice. I asked how long they had been working and they said since 6am. I couldn’t believe that. They still had more deliveries to make. I asked if they had had dinner and they said there was no time to eat dinner. So, I packed them dinners to go with drinks and sent them on their way. Great customer service.

The sales representative was very informative and helpful. I did not feel pressured to buy and was encouraged to think about my decision and then come back. We are very satisfied with both appliances and plan to return when we remodel our kitchen.

We purchased our bench freezer from Manny's, had it delivered, and were very impressed with the sales persons and delivery people. We went back to buy a new washer and dryer about 6 months later, and once again we received great service. The salesperson explained how to get energy rebates on the washer and dryer, the delivery people assembled the stackable washer and dryer, and I would highly recommend this company.
