I would urge you not to hire this contractor. I had my roof done, and the price was very good.

However, this contractor did a bang up job. They screwed up the gutter system and now when it rains, all the water falls between my gutter and facia board. Also he screwed up the ridge vent by covering it with ice and water shield membrane. This made the ridge vent non-functional. Bob had nothing but excuses for this shoddy work.

He refuses to admit he made mistakes and does not want to make it right. Instead he is burdened me with having to do my own research to determine if its done right. it did not leak before he started, now it leaks. To make matters worse, he left an entire stack of left-over shingles on my roof. It appears as though you get what you pay for.

I urge you not to hire this contractor - nothing but toruble.

I hired Laughlin Contracting to replace my roof. This contractor had a fair price and did the job on time.

However I noticed that after a few weeks, that when it rained I noticed the rain water goes between my facia board and my gutters. After some research I have found that this contractor did not install the drip edge system properly.

Worse off is that I gave the contractor a call, and he refused to fix the problem, claiming that I needed to chaulk my gutters. He got all defensive and did not represent the same customer service he proclaimed when he first sold me the services. I have a brother that had a roof installed by the same contractor and now he has the same problem I do.

I would not reccomend this contractor. I am currently in dispute and trying to get it repaired. From my perspective I feel this contractor did not do a quality job, my roof still leaks.
