The Master People

We had a flood, The Master People works with Steam Force, and the two of those companies, came and cleaned up, and then continued to do the renos. We paid out of pocket for flooring because they claimed they couldn't find a good price - so we picked it up and delivered it, and when time came - they deposited the cheq from the insurance and never paid us for the money we spent out of pocket on the floors. Consumers BEWARE! now we can't get a hold of anybody- we kept hearing "we sent it Friday" "next week" "oh we sent it again" and still no money!! it is approximately $1,000..... this is company is a joke. John is the owner and said he will "call me back" and .... nothing... save yourself the frustration - go with a credible company.

The Master People literally helped us save our house after an unfortunate flooding incident that happened while we were away. They not only came in immediately after a long distance phone call from us but worked diligently to contain the water damage with emergency services and later helped us fully restore the house as per our liking being extremely patient and professional along the way.
Most importantly I'd like to thank John and his crew for their sensitivity and support during what was a very difficult time for us as we saw our house completely damaged with the flooding. Not once were we rushed to make a decision. Instead John worked at every step with us sharing his expertise and knowledge to make the most informed choices for the betterment of our house.

Finding a company willing to sand and stair our staircase was not easy. The Master People were up to the job. They were also willing to quote our project in component parts and their pricing was competitive. John (the estimator and project manager) was professional and helped us determine our exact needs and did not try to upsell us (in our case John recommended we paint our staircase spindles instead of sanding or replacing, saving us money).

The Master People were timely in creating estimates and delivered a high quality product on schedule. Further, they effectively taped off the house to ensure the dust was contained, and meticulously cleaned up after themselves.
