BSP Development

I marked around 10 bricks for replacement, but only 4-5 were replaced, and others were touched up with mortar. Two of them were missed altogether, probably because they were higher up and easy to miss. The ones he replaced were slightly crooked and and the mortar was a bit messy, but he came back to clean up the mortar.

bsp.development is a 10* company. Oleh was prompt, informative, courteous and accurate during the estimate process. I needed a significant number of bricks replaced and tuck pointing and had a narrow time span. He and his workers delivered on time, kept the worksite spotless and did a thorough job, completing the work in an even shorter time period than expected on budget. It was a pleasure to have them here and l will certainly use them again in the future.

Great work by Oleg from BSP Development! He was very quick to respond, offer an approximate cost based on pictures and then came for an estimate the following day which matched what he originally said. We were looking for a quick turnaround and within a few days of first chatting, he was there and the work was completed. The price was great and the work was excellent. After a terrible experience with our initial contractor, we were incredibly fortunate to have Oleh and BSP development lay our brick at the front of our house. They initially removed the shotty brick done by our initial contractor and then restored the front face of our house. They were efficient, yet displayed attention to detail in their brick laying. These guys definitely know their strengths and stick to it. I would highly recommend BSP to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a reasonable price point. Thank you BSP team!

Great service on scheduling and arranging. Great job at clean up, they prepped the area to ensure our property was taken care of, and finished quicker than expected. Would absolutely recommend!
