PLUMBER ON DEMAND - SCARBOROUGH

We had a bathtub drain backup issue last night. I scheduled online at midnight and got the technician coming this afternoon.
The plumber On Demand technician came in to evaluate the issue and gave me options and quotes. Then went ahead with the work. He's very professional and fixed the issue well.
In the end, he also checked our crawlspace for the overall condition of our piping, gave recommendations, pointed out issues, and provided options for future upgrades.

We are repeat customers. We needed an inspection and repairs, and this company has been really receptive, dependable, and very friendly. While waiting for the City to deal with some issues so repairs can continue, the sewer started to back up (unrelated). In no time, arrangements were made for our original excellent plumber to return and the problem was solved in 15 minutes and we were given a significant discount. We will definitely continue to use this company and recommend it to anyone.

Called Plumber On Demand company and sent a plumber, he was immediately responsive. He came the same day and fixed the drain clogged problem. Plus, it was cheaper than the big companies advertised on TV. Finally, I have a good plumber and would recommend him to friends and family.

I had a plumber, from this company, Hydro-Jet my sewer to prevent a sewer backup. The Plumber was wonderful to work with, as he explained every step in the process, was on-time, and very professional. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to schedule me for the next day! I can rest easy now knowing my sewer will not backup into my basement!

Wonderful and responsive!! We had a pipe leaking water at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon! They did a virtual assessment, quoted me an estimate, arrived 20 minutes after my call and stayed until the job was DONE!!! You can't get better plumbing service than that!! One plumber had tried and failed to solve the problem. Another wannabe came and proposed a high fee to come and look at the problem, after which he would give me an estimate. Technicians from Plumber On Demand came today, what a refreshing change. Professional, the patient in proposing options, did the work today, got 'er done, cleaned up, and charged me less than the wannabes were going to charge for taking a look. Now that I know these guys, why would I look anywhere else?

Plumber On Demand was great! Technicians of Plumber On Demand came to look at the kitchen drain and knew exactly what was going to be needed. They laid out the estimate very clearly, as well as updated it when another part of the sink needed to be repaired as well. Just overall amazing service!
