We had a bathtub drain backup issue last night. I scheduled online at midnight and got the technician coming this afternoon. The plumber On Demand technician came in to evaluate the issue and gave me options and quotes. Then went ahead with the work. He's very professional and fixed the issue well. In the end, he also checked our crawlspace for the overall condition of our piping, gave recommendations, pointed out issues, and provided options for future upgrades.
