We are repeat customers. We needed an inspection and repairs, and this company has been really receptive, dependable, and very friendly. While waiting for the City to deal with some issues so repairs can continue, the sewer started to back up (unrelated). In no time, arrangements were made for our original excellent plumber to return and the problem was solved in 15 minutes and we were given a significant discount.
