I only paid for part of the project because VInce did not show up after one week of service. On two occasions, his employees have been looking for him at our house for their pay. He also left a conveyor belt, and we need it removed. We do not know who it belongs to because there is no name on the equipment. We want it removed, and Vince needs the courtesy to answer our calls. His voicemail is also FULL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The scope of work was quite difficult as my house is downtown toronto and space is tight for machines and limited access. Vince and his crew did a great job, executed per engineers drawings and within budget that was originally quoted

Although project took longer than expected - Vince and team worked hard to get the job done. A lot of work went into a small job, overcoming logistical issues, and was fair in dealing with concerns.
Despite everything, having other 'companies' quote the work, and not showing up or canceling at the last moment, Vince committed to the work, and stood by getting the job done. A heart filled thanks goes out to him and his steam for a job well done.

Powerhouse Grading and Excavation did an amazing job on the demolition , excavation and shoring . The workers are so fast and nice. Vince went beyond my expectation and delivered the job . There were some stuff which was not in his scope of work but he took the responsibility and delivered it . I will definitely recommend Vince .Thanks Vince for everything!
