I purchased a new furnace, heat pump and a tankless water heater. I rented as I thought it would make it easier for my daughter to manage. If she had a problem she could call for help. Unfortunately she died a month later. I had to pay the rental amount. Under the circumstances I would think I could have been given the amount of purchasing outright instead of the rental amount

good service can not complain on anything never any problems at all never had to call them

My bathroom shower was leaking like crazy. Through Homestars, I got it fixed right away. And now, no more leaks!

I installed new R20 insulation in the exterior walls. Redrywalled the entire bathroom and painted. Then installed ceramic tile in the shower.

Just approximated 9 years but only experienced being freezing cold only once when we had enercare come in on a winter weekend to fix the thermostat. Because it was a weekend we waited for three days for the part to come in.

I need to upgrade to energy efficient windows, I already replaced two on my own but there are more to change out

They don't want to do the audit.
They want to lock me into a contract that will cost much more then what the rebates cover.
