A heatpump had been installed at my house. I paid initialy $11,000.00
but received a rebate for $7.000.
The heatpump is wonderful so far.
My gasbills are equally as wonderful.
Electricity has slightly gone up, but it's manageable.
I purchased a new furnace, heat pump and a tankless water heater. I rented as I thought it would make it easier for my daughter to manage. If she had a problem she could call for help. Unfortunately she died a month later. I had to pay the rental amount. Under the circumstances I would think I could have been given the amount of purchasing outright instead of the rental amount
