Had lots of water in my basement after a big rainfall. John came to assess and showed me that it was coming through the basement windowwindow was at ground level. He recommended putting in a window well with a drain. We also looked at a second window on that wall (wasnt leaking) that I asked him to add a well there too.
They came the next week and put in the wells.
So far no issues and weve had a few downpours.

We discovered water coming into the basement again! I reached out and within 15 minutes I received a call back from John (I now believe is one of the owners or should be) . After a brief discussion he offered to come immediately. It should be noted that this was on a Sunday at almost 5 in the afternoon. As I was able to contain the water from doing further damage, I asked him to see if he could fit me in on Monday. The next day @ 8:30 am he was outside our house. He inspected both areas and believed he found both issues. He then did an awesome quick fix until a team freed up the next day, repairing both permanently and beautifully. An honest review for an honest hard working Canadian company.

We had a very troublesome window well issue involving it filling up when the spring thaw occurred. We were not sure what to do, but after conferring with My Basement Leaks, they suggested an approach. The lead time was only a couple of weeks and they subsequently completed the job which looks great. Their guys were friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them!
