Had lots of water in my basement after a big rainfall. John came to assess and showed me that it was coming through the basement windowwindow was at ground level. He recommended putting in a window well with a drain. We also looked at a second window on that wall (wasnt leaking) that I asked him to add a well there too. They came the next week and put in the wells. So far no issues and weve had a few downpours. Thanks to John and the crew.
