The workmanship is good. I like their design. The company is also willing to come back the next year to do repairs. The drawback would be lacking of follow up and somtimes hard to reach, expecially when they are busy.

This guy will show up and call you back UNTIL HE HAS YOUR MONEY. Then NOTHING. If he actually picks up his cell whatever he says will be a L I E ! ... will be there next Monday ... He'll know in a couple of days when he'll be there ... never shows up. And don't believe the woman who picks up the phone in the office occasionally ... SHE won't tell the truth either! Remember that if the price is too good to be true ... its not a real price if the work never gets done. I guess it's small claims court ...

Read reviews before hiring this company. They don't show up for weeks to do work and when they actually arrive the work doesn't get done. The young punks he hires take no responsibility to damage to property and are extremely rude. It has been months and the work is still not complete. Teaches us all a lesson to read reviews before hiring.

Never showed up for snow all season and had to cancel cheques but they had already been cashed and demanded money before any work was ever done. Tryed to contact by phone , email , and fax and was unsuccessfull in doing so. Just a poor service all around and these people should be out of business and should not be allowed to take other peoples money like they have mine...

I used to cut my own grass and shovel my own snow for years because I could not find anyone that would take the care that I did to complete the job. The grass cutting crew is fantastic and goes above and beyond what one would expect. Many times this year the guys would cross cut a pattern in our large back yard that had friends and neighbours amazed. The crew was on schedule every week and even cut and trimmed when it barely needed it. I would highly recommend using Ledesma Landscaping for any services required.

Ledesma was hired to cut my grass, weed control, and spring and fall clean up. i was very satisfied with thier service and profesionalism. i will recomend them and will also hire them to do my major cunstruction landscaping next spring. Will add a review upon completion. Highly recommended.

Ledesma Landscaping provided a great design that complimented my new pool and its current surroundings. Their ideas were very created and also stayed within my budget, but allowing for a great look. The staff was courteous and very polite in their behaviour. They finished the project in a reasonable time allowing us for many years of great fun!

Paid for winter service upfront and frequently didn't show to remove snow. Can't get hold of anyone at their office - it's just an answering machine. On one of the few times they did show they ran their equipment over part of the front lawn damaging my grass. All in all - not a company I'd recommend doing business with. They need to seriously get their act together.

Not only did this snow removal company fail in its attempt to provide this service; when called/emailed,faxed-- they [Ledesama Landscaping] ignored any genuine concerns. Enough Said!! I would not wish this service on my worst enemy!!!!

Like Rick D I too signed up for snow removal from Ledesma. In December the service was good with a crew showing up within 12 hours of a snowfall and performing a reasonable job of clearing the driveway and walks. Since the new year they have only come once, 2 days after the snow stopped, and did a poor job leaving several cm of hard packed snow and ice behind. They haven't been back since despite a message on the answering machine stating crews would be out to "service all properties missed". This is not the way to run a service company.
