This guy will show up and call you back UNTIL HE HAS YOUR MONEY. Then NOTHING. If he actually picks up his cell whatever he says will be a L I E ! ... will be there next Monday ... He'll know in a couple of days when he'll be there ... never shows up. And don't believe the woman who picks up the phone in the office occasionally ... SHE won't tell the truth either! Remember that if the price is too good to be true ... its not a real price if the work never gets done. I guess it's small claims court ...
