I love my new windows. From the start I felt very good in dealing with Galaxy. During the initial meeting Dmitri took the time to show me plenty of photos of their work and brought in a sample to demonstrate the windows he recommended. I had originally arranged for four quotes and Galaxy was the third. After Dmitri's visit I was sold and promptly cancelled the last estimate appointment. Not only was the presentation impressive but the price was well below the others. Within a couple of days, Alex, the installer, arrived at my door to take accurate measurements and place the order. Once my new windows were ready, Alex and his helper arrived on time to get to work. I was amazed at how efficient they were and how thoroughly they did their job - from tear-out to build-up. They left out no detail and the end result looked absolutely fantastic. Dmitri also dropped by to check on things mid way to make sure I was happy. All said and done, I would heartily recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality job done at a more than reasonable price. I would have happily paid more.

Like Rick D I too signed up for snow removal from Ledesma. In December the service was good with a crew showing up within 12 hours of a snowfall and performing a reasonable job of clearing the driveway and walks. Since the new year they have only come once, 2 days after the snow stopped, and did a poor job leaving several cm of hard packed snow and ice behind. They haven't been back since despite a message on the answering machine stating crews would be out to "service all properties missed". This is not the way to run a service company.
