Polar Tech Appliance

We had a short, among many other issues, and our oven was out indefinitely. To make matters worse, my wife is a baker. Polar Tech Appliance serviceman did an amazing job both with diagnostics and its repair. We actually ended up even saving in the long run. The service was very timely, reasonable and most of all professional. Highly recommend this company !

Great service ever! Oleg, service tech from Polar Tech Appliance, showed up on time, troubleshooted my washer within 30 minutes. He said a part needs to be replaced and he has it. It’s great that tech has a part on hand. Thank you Oleg and Polar Tech Appliance

The issue was that defrost system didn’t work as expected and the upper tubes started to be very icy which caused to fun not to work.
Oleg was very quick to respond and came with great explanation + fix in very adequate price.
The service was great and very professional
I definitely going to use this guy in the future ( if needed).
I would recommend to everyone.
It isn’t simple to find good tech. these days….
But Oleg left me with impression that he is a kind of such guy.

When I first called I just wanted to get some information. I got really good service over the phone, which is always appreciated. After few days based on their advise I decided to have them come out to repair my dishwasher and was glad that I did. Dishwasher work like a charm and I paid a fair price.

Called to get a dishwasher repaired, they said that today was all booked up but would try to get out the same day. Booked a slot for the next day just in case, but they showed up within a couple of hours and fixed the dishwasher within a couple more. Will definitely call these guys again!

Happy about the Polar Tech service. Their technician arrived on time and resolved the issue with our dishwasher promptly. The cost of repairs was reasonable.
