My fridge stopped cooling down. Like working but the temperature inside about 10-12c Instead of 2-3c. Samsung model - rf23hcedbsr The issue was that defrost system didn’t work as expected and the upper tubes started to be very icy which caused to fun not to work. Oleg was very quick to respond and came with great explanation + fix in very adequate price. The service was great and very professional I definitely going to use this guy in the future ( if needed). I would recommend to everyone. It isn’t simple to find good tech. these days…. But Oleg left me with impression that he is a kind of such guy. Thanks a lot for quick and professional fix
