Dealt with Graeme and he was absolutely pleasant! He went above and beyond to help me get everything in order for the greener homes grant and helped push forward the application process when is glitched out from the audit side. We also needed to delay after we placed our order as the loan application took over 6 weeks to go through. He was able to hold the windows for us an extra few weeks until we heard back and were ready. He explained everything to the last detail and was very responsive. We had a very good experience overall. I was not here for the installation day as it was just my husband there but everything went flawlessly. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I had my windows and doors installed by ConsumerDirect, excellent job! The windows and doors were installed perfectly, no condensations or cold draft after the installation, the house felt so cozy and warm.
I am most impressed with the sales manager Mike, his suggestion made perfect sense! The windows that he suggested were easy to open and close, especially the lower panel of the windows in the family room. On top we were most impressed with the door that he suggested, especially the backyard door with the blind built in between the two panels, never seen any door like it, I was feeling delighted to see the front door installed, it was gorgeous and welcoming, even the installers were quite impressed!
The two installers were very professional and skillful, they were polite and after a long hours of hard work, still kept their smiling face! I was surprised how clean the floor was after the dusty installation. We felt very impressed with their skillful work and the politeness that they projected to the customer. Can't thank them enough.

We chose Consumer Direct after reviewing multiple quotes and looking at the product which was well displayed at their showroom in Whitby.

While Consumer Direct was not the least expensive, I wanted a quality product with triple pane windows for maximum energy savings and comfort and doors that were well made and attractive.
