Needed to replace the side entrance to my home got many quotes and spoke with many contractors. Consumer Direct had the best quality and the best price, the staff are very knowledgeable, installers friendly and tidy. The door was installed quickly and correctly with no issues. I will be replacing the front door next and will be returning to Consumer Direct for another flawless installation.

I contacted them and within a few days someone was out to measure my windows and I received a detailed quote shortly after. They were very professional from the sales person to the installers. They even assisted with filing the rebate with my energy provider. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and I am absolutely loving my new windows!

They started the project on time, and Arthur did a great job communicating to me next steps. He committed to doing excellent work, and he did.
