They started the project on time, and Arthur did a great job communicating to me next steps. He committed to doing excellent work, and he did. We did hit a snag at the later stages, but both Arthur and Nick resolved the matter with professionalism and commitment that I haven't experienced before. They said they would do it, and they did it.
