Quick to do initial business, and forget any warranty or customer service
Came across this company as they are in my neighbourhood. Replaced old furnace with a new one, installed air conditioning, and replaced old tank with state of the art tankless heater.
They were excellent to drum up new business, did the work quickly, and worked very hard to finish in the 2 days they initially quoted. Came back after a few days to finish some minor pieces.
After 8 months, one of the appliances broke and requires warranty work. I even know what part needs replacement after talking to the manufacturer. Have been trying to get a hold of Aire One for 4 weeks. They don't call back (I visited the location and talked to a guy there who promised someone will call back), don't keep the appointment they promised, and calls to the main guy who runs the shop (Fred) go unanswered.
I need to pay another company to do this replacement, which should be covered by the warranty.
Because of such poor customer service, I do not recommend them to anyone, if you do get a deal on the initial installation. Go to someone with a solid reputation instead.
