Mike was the repairman we dealt with and he was a pleasure to work with. Our Bosch dishwasher was leaking. He contacted us to let us know when he would be arriving. Mike worked quickly and expertly to diagnose the problem. Since he did carry the specific part on him, he gave us a price estimate for the new part and promised to return the next day to install the part. He called at around 9am the next day and came to install the part as promised. Within 20 minutes, he had fixed our dishwasher, tidied up the work area and was off to his next job. Mike was personable, polite, efficient and honest in his work. He answered all my questions and made suggestions about using the dishwasher going forward. Extremely professional and courteous! This company sent me their technician, who did an awesome job getting my dishwasher fixed. I told him that it wouldn’t fill with water, and thankfully he knew right away how to fix the issue. He got it working perfectly again, and I was happy because the cost was affordable.

My washing machine wasn't draining properly which left me with a load of soaking wet clothes. After googling all the usual hacks, I decided to give Appliance Repair Genie a call. The service I received was very professional. The tech wore a mask the entire time. He also gave me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done and how much it would cost.
