My 2 month review;

Spoke with Matthew over the phone and received an immediate quote. Indicated that I was upgrading my furnace in a week so I didnt need the furnace or A/C cleaning only basic air duct cleaned. He said he would clean, sanitize ducts and provide complimentary dryer vent cleaning.

Positives: His quote was a flatrate price not charging per register as some duct cleaners do. He was very professional on the phone and was very responsive to my tight timelines to complete as I was getting a new furnace in a week. In fact he fit me in by coming on a Sunday morning!

ETA was given 8-12noon. Matthew arrived within committed window at 9:30am and removed his shoes which was good. I had removed all registers grills along with return grills to speed up his cleaning. He offered to screw the return grills back when completed. He took video of the ducts before and showed me and indicated that there was about 15 years of dust and he was accurate! Showed me the video after and it was clean. He also showed me all the piles of dust that sucked up just at the furnace filter. He mentioned that we have a few loose dampers that should be tightened too, and that there is some leakage in the ducts that blew out dust above the ducts. Matthew did a great job of cleaning out my dryer vents as a bonus. The amount of dust that came out was surprising.

In summary I would say that MP Air ducts do a great job. Great value for the service. In fact 2 months later, I checked my furnace filter and it still clean! ( 2 small dust balls, thats it). I would definitely use MP and recommend him to friends and family.
