I've used GetMovers a couple of times now. They are reliable, and their movers are always fast and efficient. They are the only company Ill call for my moving or storage needs. They never let me down and now they have one more loyal customer!

I've used GetMovers twice and both times I couldn't have been happier.
Their movers are careful, hardworking, efficient and polite. Everything was safely packed and delivered to my location without any damages. They work like absolute pros and care about their customers and customers belongings.

I highly recommend them!

I was very happy with my decision to hire David and his crew. The movers were polite, hardworking and made my move a very easy one. The price was very reasonable and it was worth the value of the services provided. They waived the extra for my fridge even though they didnt have to and they were very careful with my belongings. I will definitely hire them again in the future!

I had several stressful moves before hiring GetMovers and I will only use their services from now on. The movers that were assigned to me were very polite, friendly and hardworking. They answered all my questions and made me feel like I was in safe hands. All of my stuff was delivered to my drop off address without any damages and in a timely manner. This was an amazing experience! We had a local move in London of 3 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom house. There were no hidden prices and the whole process was stress free from the very beginning till the very end. The team arrived on time and the paperwork was easy. They were very professional, very friendly and carried our items with extra care. The final price was fair and there was nothing to complain about. The is the most professional company I have ever dealt with. They were very understanding as I had last-minute changes and needed to reschedule the move 1 day before it was supposed to take place. The team that arrived on the day of the move was absolutely awesome. They were very friendly, polite and most importantly professional. Every time I had questions or concerns, the staff was responsive and helpful to me. Would absolutely hire them again!

Pretty happy with their services in general. We were told that the movers would arrive between 9 am 10 am, but they eventually arrived at our place at 10:20 am. This wasnt a good start but when they came, they started working immediately. They were fast and efficient, very professional, and pretty good at what they were doing! Our mood went from spoiled to delighted momentarily. The movers and other representatives of this company were so outstanding so we won't be downgrading the rating because of their arrival time. Many thanks to David and his team for making this experience positive!

I would like to start by saying this review is in no way a reflection of the men that helped me move. The actual movers worked hard given the circumstances. My review is directed at the Management of GetMovers. As it is unprofessional, unreliable and in my opinion non-existent.

Do yourself the favor and don't use this company - please listen to the bad reviews.

Firstly, the movers who were originally scheduled had car issues, which resulted in a team coming 2 hours later than scheduled. I received no communication that they were going to be late, even after an hour had passed. I had to make dozens of calls before ANYONE answered the phone and wasn't given an ETA until one of the drivers called me saying they were 10 minutes away. Once they arrived they got to work, clearly exhausted as they weren't originally scheduled for this job.

My building charges for the elevator to be booked/reserved for moves. I reserved and paid for 3 hours. Because they were late I had to hold the elevator for a total of 5 hours and was charged extra fees. Had they arrived on time I wouldn't have been charged these late fees and they could have been done at my pickup location in under 3 realistically.

Once the movers arrived at my drop-off location, both my boyfriend and I helped unload the truck, despite paying for the moving company. It was already 10:00 PM and we all wanted to go home, it was an extremely hot and humid evening. I couldn't imagine how long it would have taken had we not helped. This is ridiculous considering I hired a moving company so I didn't have to move my own belongings but ended up doing anyways AND paying for it.

Because all of this was so poorly communicated and not one single call was made to me to apologize AND I actually helped moving despite paying for a company to do it. I submitted a claim, as they directed to me too.

Here's where management becomes a joke. They have been dodging my calls and emails for nearly 2 weeks. I keep getting a "Someone is working on it" or "Someone will call you back in the next hour" Yeah well it's been a week. I only went with this company due to a last-minute move, their reviews seemed reasonable. But let me just say BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. I would absolutely never recommend this moving company due to their Management being a complete nightmare. As for the movers, friendly and hard-working.

The final price was a little more than I expected, but I understand thats because I had very heavy stuff to carry. Despite that, I only had positive moments with this company. All the employees I have encountered were very polite and responsible with what they were doing. All my belongings were wrapped, loaded, and unloaded carefully. There was no slowdown during the whole process of the move. Overall, I am very pleased with their service.

We had never moved with a company before and were a little nervous in the beginning. We can now say for sure that it was totally worth it! These guys were very professional and made this experience first class. We are very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone. You wont regret hiring them!
