We had a local move in Calgary and everything went smoothly. The movers were responsible, hardworking and very polite. From the very beginning of their arrival, we knew that there wont be any problems during the move. All of our items were packed, loaded and unloaded with extra care. We had a very pleasant experience and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They severely damaged my TV, and simply refuse to return my contact attempts.

I have emailed multiple times, have called multiple times, and absolutely zero response. When I can finally get someone on the phone, the answer is the same: well get back to you. Except they never do.

Ive been trying to resolve this problem for over 2 weeks, and nothing. As a result, Im taking a huge loss on a TV that was broken beyond repair.

We had a professional crew led by Timothy. They loaded up the truck, drove to our destination and when we arrived, our belongings were in the same state as they were before. They also left everything where it was convenient for us. Thanks to them it wasnt hard to unpack all the stuff after. We are thankful for this experience and when we move again, well definitely use their services.

They saved me and my move! The movers I hired initially called me 30 minutes before the scheduled time and told me that they had some problems with their truck. Story short, they weren't able to make it to my place. I was very stressed because I had to move out in a short time, so I started calling all the companies I had previously seen on the internet. GetMovers were the first who picked up and they were also very kind and understanding. When I explained my situation, they told me that they would try to find someone available and call me back. In around 30 minutes, I received a call and was told that the movers are coming within 3 hours. I was relieved. As for their moving services, everything was perfect and was carried out professionally. I was very pleased that they found me an available team to help with my move. Thanks again for saving my day!

I have moved 3 times in my life, and I wish I had known about GetMovers before. This was my first time with this company after having 2 horrible moves with other movers. Get Movers were respectful of all my belongings, and everything was delivered securely. The movers weren't slow and also weren't rushing, just perfect to complete the move on time. In the end, everything was placed where I asked them to. It was a pleasant experience and Ill only use their services from now on.

After using GetMovers services, I can write down their pros and cons.
Pros:
All staff members who work there are extremely polite and professional.
Movers were very careful with my belongings as if they carried their own stuff.
They double-checked all of my information the day before the move.
They warned me that the movers will be 15 minutes late, also they wrote in the email before that they have 1 hour buffer time.
They care about their customers and their satisfaction with the services.
Cons:
The services are a little pricey, but its worth it.
They require a deposit.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. The worst moving company ever. They moved us to storage and when we retrieved our furniture from the storage (using different company of course) we were shocked: all the Italian furniture is severely damaged, actually broken and scratched, all the glass shelves are broken at the corners, fabric couch ripped, all the bags that had our stuff are ripped and the things are outside. We are devastated, we saw that they are horrible movers when they did the move but we didn't expect so much damage. They were careless about our house and about our furniture, they really did not care at all. DO NOT HIRE THEM

They arrived 10h AM, they talk more than they work, the truck was small and rented from a tertiary company. They took 9 hours to load a 3 bedroom house (no basement, no laundry or kitchen appliances to move), they took 4h and 30 minutes to do a 2h trajectory. We arrived at the new destination without energy because of a outage after rain storm, and they finally finished unloading around 2AM. As I arrived 2h before they, I called and asked to go back and arrived next day. It was very dangerous to unload with energy in th middle of the night.

I had moved many times for work during the past 15+ years. The company paid for high-priced moving services but GetMovers is by far the best company I have ever used! The crew I had (Christian, Boris and Jeff ) are punctual, professional, pleasant and very courteous . They showed up right on time and jumped right into work. Everything was nicely and carefully wrapped and loaded to the truck in no time. They unloaded and unpacked just as fast with zero damage to my belongings! I had been stressed out by the move, but the crew made the whole process truly hassle free! I was extremely grateful and a very happy customer! Highly recommend!
