Oswaldo and his entire crew are very professional and a pleasure to do business with. They came on the day they promised and worked late to finish the job in one day. I highly recommend them.

Replaced a flat roof that has been leaking in a residential home. Oswaldo was very forthright in what needed to be done and delivered great work. At no extra charge he also shored up other areas of the house where a similar leaking problem could be expected. He and his crew were very responsive and delivered great quality. Cant recommend them enough,

Spring storm recently hit that blew off a few shingles. When I placed a request, Oswald promptly contacted me and arranged to come in the next day. He was very friendly, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He showed me a video of the roof and scope of work before starting as well as after. Repairs were completed the same day. Overall, highly recommend as he was quick, thorough and shows pride in his work.

My old roof was leaking so needed to replace it. The following things were done:
- old roof was scraped off thoroughly and damaged boards replaced
- insulation added with benefit of creating incline for better drainage
- installed 4 new vents - there weren't any on the roof which explains why the prior roof was problematic
- installed new furnace cap
- extended one of the air pipes to exceed minimum length
- lowered the scuppers to improve drainage
- installed IKO torchflex tp-180-ff fiber glass base sheet around pipes, vents and walls, and metal dripedge
- torched down IKO torchflex tp 250 cap sheet to complete the 2-ply system
- replaced the metal caps

Oswaldo and team did a great and thorough job! There were a bunch of small jobs that showed his attention to detail.

There were a few things that could have been a bit better:
- keeping the sidewalk clear whenever possible (some of my neighbours complained about trucks/boards straddling the sidewalk - it happens)
- end of day cleanup (although final cleanup removed everything)
- check-in at the start of the day, and job status at the end of the day (Oswaldo is a decent guy and communicates well, he just needs to spend a little time chatting with the client.)

I think GDO installed a 10/10 flat roof given their attention to so many details. I'd definitely recommend GDO for replacing/repairing flat roofs!

Very happy with the quality of work done by GDO to change the shingles on the roof of my home. Right from our initial meeting, Oswald provided clear and detailed information about the shingles and the work to be done. The estimate was fair and competitive. I appreciated the temporary patch work to prevent any leaks before the work could be completed a few weeks after getting the estimate. The team worked hard throughout the installation day. They took measures to protect my home during the work and did a great job cleaning up. Throughout the process Oswald provided friendly and helpful support. Oswaldo and his team did a fantastic job on the roof and replacing the skylights on my property. Not only was the job professionally done but the project management part was superb too. Job was done on time and I was kept well informed at all steps of the way. I did not have to vivit the site once - being in the middle of a pandemic with a two ear old i was very appreciative of this. They proved beyond reliable. I am so happy with the work. I waited to give the review but we are a year in and there is every sign that this work was done to last. Oswaldo and his team take a lot of pride in their work, and that is the sign of a contractor a world apart. SO happy I chose them for the job!

Oswaldo and his team were quick and efficient in their assessment of the problem and delivery of the work. The price was very reasonable too. Most importantly, GDO went above and beyond by identifying where on the rest of our roof small but effective repairs could be made to further extend the life of our roof (we purchased a flipped house so short-cuts were apparent). Oswaldo helped complete the small repairs and did a thorough final clean-up. Great service, great price and I could especially see that GDO took pride in a job well done.
