The repair was arranged through LG after-warranty service - it took a little bit to get someone out (I contacted iCare to see if I could get an earlier appointment but they politely told me they were overbooked though I do recognize that it was the weekend., to be fair) but they were respectful of my availability on the day of repair. The repair person (Ali) was professional and polite and took his time to make sure the job was done right. Overall everyone was polite and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others (in fact I already have!)
