Not much work done to diagnose the problem
We had issues with our washer, the tech showed up as promised but didn't really test much/open any panels nor ran any cycles etc. He moved the drum and advised that I may need two parts or three. One part for sure, the spider shaped piece and showed me part cost on his phone. He couldn't find any other parts, spent 5 minutes searching and told us it is more than the spider piece, plus it will take two techs and the labor cost will not be worth it. It would be better to replace the machine.
I was disappointed that he didn't put any effort in diagnosing, testing the machine and was out of the door under 20 minutes.
